Stop the Violence - South

Stop the Violence South, Inc (STVS) is a non profit corporation geared toward promoting peace and finding positive solutions to resolve conflict resolution. We also are engaged in armoring our youth via education and awareness to produce positive citizens throughout our communities.

Beginning every Spring, on the fourth Sunday of the month, we host "Stop the Violence Sundays." These free events offer music, vendors, motivational speakers, and more in a safe and positive environment. Our efforts have been very strong and effective throught the community; as a result, we have gained the support and trust of the citizens, mayors and business leaders of the Charleston Tri-County area.

Our free events are an opportunity for the community to come out to enjoy a day of music, vendors, motivational speakers and more in a safe and positive environment. Our efforts have been very strong and effective throughout the community.

Join us on the Fourth Sunday of each month, starting in the Spring, through the Fall, for our events.

Car and Bike Shows

Our car, bike and truck shows offer a safe structured environment for the community's entertainment.

Featuring Street, Cruiser, Touring, Mopar, Old School, Low Riders, 4 X 4's, Choppers and more.

Music

Through the use of music, our goal is to bring youth and adults together on a level playing field for a “Meeting of the Minds”. It is also our goal to provide up to ten (10) performing arts scholarships for participants.

We provide a platform for local and national artists to highlight their positive vibrations.
